Housing Opportunities

Four Plex

HRDC Owns an Apartment Complex at 1510 2nd St. There are four 2 bedroom units. These units are available to low income clients.

Surrey Court

HRDC owns this Project Based Rental Assisted Unit at 1633 2nd St. There are eight units in a two story building, seven of which are subsidized. These units are 2 bedroom and are available to low income clients.

Austin House

This house at 122 3rd Ave. West is owned by HRDC. It was formerly a HUD home that was purchased and renovated by HRDC. It is near Pizza Hut and is a single family home. It consists of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, including finished basement rooms.

1076 Grant Ave

The house at 1076 Grant is a 3 bedroom, one bath with kitchen, dining, living and pantry areas. Also, the garage has been closed and insulated to be a playroom/storeroom. There are front and rear entrances, and a driveway on west side of house. It also has chain link fence surrounding the entire yard.

1340 Wilson Ave

The house at 1340 Wilson Ave. is a 3 bedroom, one bath, with a kitchen, dining, pantry, and enlarged living area. It also has a single car garage, and extra parking/turnaround by driveway.

1350 Wilson Ave

The house at 1350 Wilson Ave. is a 3 bedroom, single bath with kitchen, dining, living area, and pantry. It also has a single car garage. Sidewalk and driveway have both recently been built.

1340 Jefferson Ave

The house at 1340 Jefferson Ave. is a 3 bedroom, single bath, with kitchen, dining, living area, and pantry. There is a single car garage and chain link fence surrounding the back yard.

1351 Lincoln Ave

The house at 1351 Lincoln Ave. is a 3 bedroom, single bath, with kitchen, dining, pantry, and enlarged living area. There is a single car garage and chain link fence surrounding the back yard.

432 3rd Ave

HRDC owns an apartment building at 432 3rd Ave. There are nine one-bedroom units and one studio apartment with coin-operated laundry on site.

Antelope Court Apartments

Antelope Court Apartments is a family housing project with emphasis for individuals with disabilities

Buffalo Court Senior Housing is a housing development located in Havre, Montana that has 20 units and is offered to seniors 55 and older.
